My mother is not happy to see my husband at home taking care of his children

It's a bit hard to care for, but in return I am very comfortable, my husband and I never freak out about money.

I have just given birth for 8 months. The couple worked 50 km away from home so they had to stay at home. My grandmother was busy not looking after my grandchild, my grandmother had to take care of my grandfather because he was very weak, so my wife and I agreed that one would stay at home to look after our children, because I was too young and did not want to send them. After discussing, my husband stayed at home, and I went to work, because both of them were equal, my husband had to work 20 km away from home, and he also earned some money from online. 

Although the monthly salary is 7 million, the house, electricity and water are paid, the network is all 1.5 million but I feel the husband and wife are still comfortable in eating and drinking. I still buy good things for my kids, take a little bit to buy for myself and save small amounts. In short, there are only husband and wife, so it is a bit hard to take care of the children, but in return, I am very comfortable, the husband and wife never freak out about money.

But recently my mother went out to play, seeing that she was sad because I looked thin, my husband was at home, every wife went to work. I didn't say it but I felt it. Now I don't know if it is reasonable for my wife and me to live like that? Or should we send you and both to work? I will never rest.
